Promotes v0.4.0: List settings and Item settings headings, teal Add item with plus, Cancel next to Save, GeekyNuggets.com footer without a copyright mark, MIT license matching bulk-image-organizer. User asked to merge to main.
List settings and Item settings label the private and on-the-wheel
switches. Add item uses a plus and a teal button so it reads as the
primary item action. Cancel returns to the spinner or My lists.

The footer names GeekyNuggets.com with no copyright mark. LICENSE
stays MIT, matching bulk-image-organizer, with GeekyNuggets.com as
the holder (MIT still needs that line in the license file).

Minor 0.3.0 to 0.4.0.
