  Fixed

  • Opening a large workspace no longer has a silent gap between the network cache hydrate
    finishing and the directory scan starting — a "Preparing workspace..." progress step now
    covers the prune/preload work, and cached thumbnails load progressively on a background
    worker instead of blocking or freezing the grid.
  • Cancelling a network directory open — during the cache hydrate dialog or the scan that
    follows — now stops promptly instead of continuing background share I/O and leaving the
    toolbar stuck on "Cancelling...".
  • Tagging, marking DELETE, or other quick actions while a directory scan is running no longer
    occasionally freeze the app for several seconds.
  • Large workspaces (10k+ images) no longer become sluggish or briefly unresponsive to grid
    scrolling/selection while their directory scan runs, whether the images were already cached
    or being scanned for the first time.
