  Added

  • Automated Windows release publishing on Forgejo (fixes #61). Pushes to main publish windows-latest with BulkImageOrganizer_{version}.exe; development branches publish dev-latest-{branch-slug} with a branch-named executable. Branch deletion prunes the matching dev release. The windows-full host runner reuses a persistent Nuitka/pip cache between CI builds.

  • Help workbench loads bundled USER_GUIDE.md on Windows onefile builds (fixes #32). bundle_root() detects Nuitka frozen runtimes without sys.frozen, walks the versioned onefile unpack cache under %LOCALAPPDATA%\ValleyGeek\Bulk Image Organizer\, and avoids treating the product folder as the repository root when pyproject.toml is absent.
