feat: replace carnival chrome with an Ink notebook layout 458b24b2d9

The templated sticky carnival bar, round pills, and festival photo
sky made Anime Bingo look like Spin the Activity. Default chrome is
now paper, stamp red, a magazine masthead, ticket cards, and a
printed dauber sheet. Theme key carnival maps to ink.

Rejected restyling carnival colors in place: the layout (hero wheel,
booth overlay, pill buttons) still read as the shell.

fix: keep play, cues, and shows working under CSP 60c13924d7

The Ink pages used inline scripts and styles the CSP blocks, so marking
squares, adding cues or shows, and non-5-column grids failed in the
browser. Move that work into files and classes, make static images
readable in the image, and count plays on boards for analytics and
highlights instead of leftover spinner history.

feat: restyle the site as a twilight washitsu room eb73a68527

Replace Ink notebook chrome and leftover carnival art with tatami,
shoji, lantern light, and matching stills. Theme key stays ink.

feat: tighten Washitsu chrome and card fill rules 53013bc90f

Darken washi and the masthead so header type contrasts. Group staff
links with the account button. Drop icon and color from card cues.
Paginate cues and shows. Fixed position keeps list order; random
placement deals a subset. Remove the Spin the Activity project mention.

fix: show card cues in the editor without icon pickers edbd6cb74d

Render the cue list in the edit page HTML so a stale editor script
cannot hide it. Add cue clones a name-and-remove row and cache-busts
the editor script.

feat: rewrite site copy in bingo glossary terms d83c94d85f

Visitor, staff, and legal copy used leftover wheel nouns (list, slice,
spin, daub). Those names are not in DESIGN.md §7. Screens, buttons,
errors, help, and the Terms and Privacy pages now use card, cue, board,
show, play, and mark.

Rejected keeping daub as the mark verb: the design already uses mark,
and the request was to limit daub. The masthead stamp reads Bingo
instead. Internal API paths and schema names stay list/slice/spin.
