Summary

  • Add portable standards/verify-before-handoff.md (lightweight proportional checks before handoff; cites verification.md for deep proof).
  • Add portable standards/best-practice-research.md (cursory norms research on vague/new work; mainstream or acknowledge deviation).
  • Wire citations in standards/README.md and configs/grok-bot/operations.md.

Note

Local Bot skill /home/box/agent-data/workflows/consult-shared-agents-repo/SKILL.md also updated with table rows (outside this repo).

Test plan

  • Files are portable (no host URLs)
  • Cite verification.md rather than duplicating it
  • README + operations citations present
