configs/_shared/ (forge URLs, token loader names, ai-collab labels).
Rename portable workflow to forge-workflow + issue-labels; keep stubs.
Add secrets-and-credentials standard and clean-merged-branches skill.
Align grok-bot/build/cursor READMEs and platforms.md with composition.md.
