feat: Newsreader wordmark and month/year calendar drill-down fe9b8503f3

The site title now uses Newsreader, the same face as the navigation,
instead of UnifrakturCook.

In the Past editions date dropdown, the month name opens a grid of
that year's twelve months, and the year opens a grid of past years.
Pips mark months and years that have a filing or a comment. Choosing
a year shows its months; choosing a month shows its days.

Rejected: keeping the blackletter nameplate; a native month/year
<select> (no pips, extra submit).
