Implemented on branch
0.1.29/issue-37-45-47-49-70-tag-filters.Settings → Tag Filter now exposes default toggles for Hide Deleted, Untagged Only, and Show DUPE Tags in List. These prefs apply on application startup (when no saved session tag-filter state exists) and when opening a new directory (issue #45).
